RESERVATIONS
When booking online, by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp, you can choose between Barbara, Manon, or opt for a "Randomly Assigned Masseuse." Each massage is unique, tailored specifically for you through our holistic approach.
YOUR VISIT TO THE INSTITUTE
We welcome you by appointment at 17 Rue Pavillon in Aix-en-Provence (Carnot parking), every day from 10 am to 6 pm.
Please note: On Saturdays, our beautiful city can be a bit crowded and parking spaces may be scarce. To fully enjoy your relaxation time, plan a little extra time for your journey.
For your comfort, please arrive exactly at the time of your appointment. We will meet you at the building entrance. No special attire is needed; everything you need will be provided on-site.
LATENESS
- Less than 10 minutes late: No worries, your session will be maintained in full.
- Between 10 and 30 minutes late: We will adjust the duration of the massage.
- More than 30 minutes late: We will offer you a free rescheduling within the week (excluding weekends). The initial appointment is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION
- An unforeseen event? Ideally, inform us 24 hours in advance, and there are no fees.
- Less than 24 hours? We will offer you a free rescheduling within the week (excluding weekends). The initial appointment is non-refundable.
- If it happens repeatedly, we will find a solution together: a small gesture on your part (an additional fee of €40) or the maintenance of your initial appointment.
YOUR HEALTH
As a precaution, we do not massage pregnant women.
If you have recently undergone surgery or suffer from a serious illness, please consult your doctor before booking an appointment.
