RESERVATIONS
We welcome you by appointment only, from Monday to Sunday between 10am and 6pm, at 17 rue Pavillon in Aix-en-Provence (Carnot parking).
You can book your massage online on our website, via WhatsApp, SMS, or by phone.
YOUR VISIT TO THE INSTITUTE
Our spa is fully privatized for each client. Since we have no waiting area, please arrive exactly on time (not early) and do not ring the bell. We will greet you at the door at the scheduled time.
ATTIRE
No special attire is required. Everything you need will be provided on site.
LATENESS
Due to repeated abuses and to maintain our schedule, any delay will shorten the duration of your massage. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note: On Saturdays, our beautiful city can be a bit crowded and parking spaces may be scarce. To fully enjoy your relaxation time, plan a little extra time for your journey.
CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION
More than 24 hours in advance: no fee. Full refund.
Less than 24 hours: one rescheduling offered for the following week, subject to availability. The original appointment is non-refundable.
YOUR HEALTH
As a precaution, we do not massage pregnant women.
If you have recently undergone surgery or suffer from a serious illness, please consult your doctor before booking an appointment.
